Semi-Private Group Training
One Strength Group class is a dynamic workout designed to improve overall strength, endurance, and athletic performance. The class combines Functional Strength Training, Cardiovascular Conditioning, Bodyweight, and Plyometric exercises to enhance mobility stability, and Power. Each session includes a mix of bodyweight movements, resistance training, and high-intensity intervals to help build muscle, increase stamina, and improve coordination.
