Founder

With over a decade of experience in the fitness and rehabilitation industry, Coach Nzhde is a dedicated and highly skilled fitness coach committed to transforming lives through movement, strength, and sustainable lifestyle changes. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and dual certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Nzhde combines deep scientific knowledge with hands-on expertise to help individuals of all backgrounds achieve their health and fitness goals.

Before transitioning fully into the fitness world, Coach Nzhde spent over three years working as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a clinical setting, refining expertise in rehabilitation, injury prevention, and functional movement. This foundation allowed for a seamless transition into alternative rehab techniques offering a unique, well-rounded approach to recovery and performance enhancement.

Beyond clinical experience, Nzhde has worked in multiple gym environments and partnered with city-funded organizations to make fitness and rehabilitation accessible to diverse communities. Leadership has been a constant throughout Nzhde’s career—whether in educational settings, professional roles, or mentorship positions—guiding individuals toward a healthier, and more active lifestyles.

Specializing in working with the aging population, Nzhde understands the unique challenges that come with aging and is passionate about building sustainable habits that empower clients to move better, feel stronger, and improve overall quality of life. Whether coaching athletes or everyday individuals, the goal remains the same: to foster resilience, confidence, and long-term well-being.
